Asian Tasting Plate:
Japanese vegetarian maki sushi, Teriyake seared tuna, Bobotie spring roll,
Vietnamese mini vegetarian omelette parcels on a Chinese spoon, Shot of Thai prawn soup

Slices of French-style rolled Chicken galantine stuffed with a nut and herb mousse
served with Thai Lentil and Feta Salad set on a bed of colourful Japanese Ramen Noodles
finished with edible flowers

Deconstructed Zuppa Inglese (Italian Trifle):
Slices of fresh tropical fruit set in a lime jelly on a layered light rum spiked sponge
stacked on a pannacotta-style set custard rested on a base of short crisp pastry
and finished with an aerated crθme anglaise
