Chef Caryn trained under Maitre Cuisine Christina Martin from the Christina Martin School of Food & Wine when it was still a small family run business. To ensure that each student receives personal attention, each course is limited to 12 applicants per intake, which guarantees hands-on teaching and also makes for a sociable working environment. The school accepts both matriculated and non-matriculated students who show a natural flair for cooking, an aptitude for entertaining and a passion for food.

Full-Time & Part-Time Diploma in Global Cuisine
This course will appeal to School Leavers who are interested in becoming a chef, but are not too sure if this is what they really want. At best you will be well prepared for completing your City and Guilds qualification, and at worst you have learnt a wonderful life-skill in that you can now cook!
It will also appeal to Small Business Entrepreneurs or Foodies who want to open their own coffee shop, guest house, B&B, Deli or small restaurant, and are looking for the skills to serve a contemporary menu.

Full-Time Advanced Diploma in Global Cuisine
This course will appeal to Chefs who are interested in furthering their classical qualification. This advanced certificate takes you beyond into the world of trendy global cuisine, ethnic culinary styles, and interactive cooking techniques.

Full-Time Boutique Hospitality Certificate in Global Cuisine
This course will appeal to Chefs who work in B&Bs, Guesthouses and Boutique Hotels who want an intensive 3 month course to further their classical training. This course can also be taken in two 6 week blocks.
